Born in Hong Kong in 1963, Denis moved to Australia to study at the University of Technology Sydney, where he earned a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering. After exploring a variety of career paths, he discovered a true passion for real estate and investment.

In 1994, Denis founded Apex Investment Alliance with a simple but ambitious vision: to create a company that delivers smart, sustainable growth for its clients - always with integrity, diligence, and a long-term perspective. Over the years, his commitment to excellence and innovation has guided Apex to become a trusted name in property investment, helping clients achieve their financial goals while staying true to the company’s core values.
