TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Booking and Payment
The total package price for the training session is A$388, payable in full upon registration/website purchase.
Your spot is only confirmed once full payment has been received.
2. Refund Policy
A full refund of the training fee (A$388) will be issued only if the attendee meets all of the following conditions:
Attends both training sessions in full (25th May & 1st June).
Checks in at 9:00 AM sharp and checks out at 3:00 PM on both days.
Participates actively and completes all required session materials.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
No refund will be provided if:
The attendee fails to attend both sessions.
The attendee arrives late, leaves early, or misses any part of the sessions.
The attendee cancels their registration after payment.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Apex Investment Alliance Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the training due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, attendees will be notified, and a full refund or alternative session date will be offered.
Attendees may not reschedule their sessions once booked.
5. Attendance & Conduct
Disruptive or unprofessional behaviour may result in removal from the session without a refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All training materials, presentations, and resources are the exclusive property of Apex Investment Alliance Pty Ltd and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
7. Liability
Apex Investment Alliance Pty Ltd is not liable for any travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred by attendees.
Attendees participate at their own risk, and the company is not responsible for any personal injury or loss/damage of property.
8. Privacy Policy
Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for training administration and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
9. Agreement
By completing payment, attendees acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
