Terms & Conditions

1. Tuition Fee

• Course fee ranges from $0 to $1,000 AUD.

• The exact fee will be confirmed upon registration.

2. Sales Bonus Incentive (Valid until 30 September 2025)

Participants who successfully make a sale on or before 30 September 2025 will receive 10x the value of their course fee as a refund.

Example: If your course fee is $1,000 and you make one sale before the deadline, you will receive $10,000.

3. Exchange Milestone Rewards

Participants who meet the following sales milestones will receive luxury travel vouchers:

• Milestone 1:

  • 3 unconditional exchanges completed

  • Combined property value over $2.5 million AUD

  • Reward: $10,000 overseas travel voucher

• Milestone 2:

  • 5 unconditional exchanges completed

  • Combined property value over $4 million AUD

  • Reward: $20,000 overseas travel voucher

4. Definition of “Exchange”

• An “exchange” is defined as an unconditional exchange of contract with a 10% deposit received.

• Conditional exchanges, pending deposit or expressions of interest do not qualify.

5. Eligibility & Conditions

• Only property sales directly completed by the enrolled participant are eligible.

• Exchange must be completed, and all qualifying documentation submitted before reward issuance.

• Sales Centre staff operate under a separate incentive scheme specific to showroom sales.

6. General Terms

• All rewards and refunds are issued within 30 days after confirmed eligibility.

• The company reserves the right to amend or interpret these terms at its discretion.

• This program is designed as a performance incentive and does not guarantee income or employment.
