Terms & Conditions
1. Training Fee
Training fee ranges from $0 to $1,000 AUD (include GST) per person. The fee is non-refundable if no sales are made by 30 September 2025.
The exact fee will be confirmed upon registration.
2. Sales Bonus Incentive (Valid until 30 September 2025)
Participants who successfully make one sale (exchange of contract) on or before 30 September 2025 will receive a bonus equal to 5 times the amount of their training fee within 10 working days after exchange confirmed by the developer..
There is no limit to the number of bonuses you can earn.
Example:
If you pay training fee = $1,000
1 sale = $5,000 bonus (include GST)
2 sales = $10,000 bonus (include GST)
5 sales = $25,000 bonus (include GST)
3. Definition of “Exchange”
An “exchange” is defined as an unconditional exchange of contract with a 10% deposit received.
Conditional exchanges, pending deposit or expressions of interest do not qualify.
4. Eligibility & Conditions
Only property sales directly completed by the enrolled participant are eligible.
Exchange must be completed, and all qualifying documentation submitted before reward issuance.
5. General Terms
The company reserves the right to amend or interpret these terms at its discretion.
This program is designed as a performance incentive and does not guarantee income or employment.
